Stripe

We use Stripe to process certain online payments.

Stripe may process information such as your name, contact details, transaction details and payment information as necessary to process payments and prevent fraud. Stripe operates under its own privacy framework and provides data processing arrangements for businesses using its services.

Lopay

We use Lopay to process certain payments.

WhatsApp is a third-party communication service. We recommend using your secure Carepatron client portal when uploading sensitive documents such as blood tests, scan reports and medical records.

Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through WhatsApp where the client portal is available.

Information shared through WhatsApp may be retained where it is relevant to your care, treatment or communication with the clinic.


10. YOUR CAREPATRON CLIENT PORTAL

Your Carepatron client portal allows you to securely provide and access relevant information relating to your care.

You may use the portal to upload:

  • Blood test results
  • Scan reports
  • Medical documents
  • Fertility investigations
  • Previous test results
  • Other information relevant to your treatment

Please keep your login details secure and do not share access to your account with another person.
